Do you have a cook on your shopping list this holiday?

We rounded up 27 of our favorite gifts that any home cook will love (and actually use).

I’ve also included some tips on gifting some of these in fun ways!

  1. Lodge Dutch Oven – A dutch oven is a fantastic addition to any kitchen. It’s great for soups & stews. The best part is that it easily goes from the stovetop to the oven.

2. Stonewall Kitchen Sampler – Stonewall makes some of the best jams, jellies and sauces that will compliment any meal. Did you know that you can buy Stonewall in bulk…fun idea if you like to make holiday gift baskets.

3. Instant Pot Cake Pan – Make a delicious cake in the Instant Pot with this bundt pan.

5. Copper Cookie/Biscuit Set Cutters – These are a lovely classic set. Gift these with a ribbon and some homemade cookies or biscuits for the holidays.

6. Mixing Bowl Set – You can’t go wrong with classic Pyrex Glass Mixing Bowls.

7. Sheet Pans – New sheet pans are always a good idea. Every cook can always use new sheet pans. Better yet, bake some brownies in the pan and deliver the pan as part of the gift.

8. French Rolling Pin – The French know how to bake. It’s no surprise that they’d make a great rolling pin. This is a great gift for a home cook.

9. Weck Glass Jars – These jars are just perfect – they’re pretty and so functional at the same time. Glass jars are fantastic for gifting. Fill with candies, nuts or even homemade bath salts.

10. Bar Mop Towels – Bar towels are an essential item in every kitchen. I have a pet peeve. I cannot stand kitchen towels that aren’t absorbent. Bar towels are the best, they’re super absorbent and when they get dirty I just throw them in the wash and they’re good as new. I buy these by the dozen and they’d be a great gift with some fun holiday soaps.

11. Pie Pan Emile Henry French Pie Pan – A lovely French pie pan is such a nice gift. Include a handwritten copy of your favorite pie recipe to make it extra special.

12. Ramekins – These are another kitchen staple. I use ramekins for everything from sauces to heating up small portions for my kids, to party dips.

13. Beautiful Boards Book – Charcuterie Boards are huge right now. What’s not to love really? This book has over 50 different ideas for creating fun snack boards!

14. Dip Tray Charcuterie Board – Create your own Charcuterie Board with this fun dip tray. Gift this one with the book above or with some yummy mustards or spreads.

15. Butter Crock – Traditional French Butter Crock will keep your butter soft.

16. Food Processor – I’ve had this food processor for years. Its easy to use and very durable. I can’t think of any cook that wouldn’t love this one.

17. Spiralizer – If your favorite cook is a veggie fan, this little gadget is for them. Veggie noodles at our local store are REALLY expensive when you buy them fresh. Making them yourself can save you a bunch!

19. Juicer – My kids love making homemade juice. My favorite part is sneaking in the veggies.

20.Bread Proofing Basket – My husband is the resident bread maker. He is always searching for ways to improve his breads. I’m definitely adding this to his gift list this year.

21. Pasta Machine – We’ve had a pasta machine for years. It makes the most delicious pasta and its a fun family activity.

22.Keepsake Recipe – I love this recipe journal. Your favorite cook can capture all of their favorite recipes.

23. Cheese Making Kit – Looking for something different? How about a cheese making kit? It’s easier than it sounds and yummy!

24. Chef’s Knife –A good chef’s knife is a perfect gift for any home cook. There’s nothing more frustrating than a dull knife. A quality knife will last for many years of cooking.

25. Kitchen Scissors – This an inexpensive gift that will get a lot of use. Kitchen scissors are great for everything from cutting pizza to snipping herbs.

26. Teak Cutting Board – A quality cutting board is another essential item for any home cook. Pair this with a good chef’s knife and you’ll have one happy chef!
